Military & First Responders
As a way to say Thank You for your service, Tennessee Inspection Services would like to offer a $50.00 discount on all Signature Inspections and packages. Please identify yourself as a active duty, veteran or first responder when scheduling your inspection.
Cancelled Escrow Protection
Protect yourself from having to pay full price for another inspection on a second house. If your escrow cancels for any reason, we will give you $50 off your second inspection within 60 days of your first inspection. Valid on all Signature Inspections and packages.
We want your home inspection to be worry-free. That’s why we offer Cancelled Escrow Protection for every home inspection we do. Buyers fall out of escrow due to many unforeseen reasons, including a low appraisal, big repair items as a result of an inspection, unreasonable sellers, or simply a change of heart.
Early Payment Discount
If payment is made prior to the scheduled inspection date or if you are paying with cash we will take $25.00 off the price of your inspection.
