The T.I.S. Referral Rewards Program is offered to anyone who wants to share their experience with others about Tennessee Inspection Services, get paid, and save their friends and family money.
It’s SO easy! Who do you know?
Here’s How It Works!
Step 1. – Tell your friends, family, neighbors or even strangers who could benefit from our services to mention your name when scheduling an inspection. They will receive a discount on their inspection services.
Step 2. – After scheduling the inspection we will reach out to you to verify a good contact email.
Step 3. – After the inspection is complete, you will receive a $20 electronic gift card of your choice from the available options.
Step 4. – There is no step 4. It’s that easy!
There is No Limit to how many rewards you can receive! Keep referring and keep getting paid!

The Fine Print!
- There is a limit of one referral inspection/address.
- Referral rewards will only be issued to the referring person or organization and will not be forwarded to anyone else.
- Referred client must complete and pay for a home inspection service for the reward to be issued.
- Due to the potential Conflict of Interest, real estate agents, brokers and any and all parties involved in the sale or transaction or that may have a vested interest in the property are not eligible for the referral gift.
- Tennessee Inspection Services reserves the right to change or cancel the Referral Rewards Programs at any time without notice.
- You cannot refer yourself, spouse or partner for the reward program
- Void where prohibited by law or violating any code of ethics.
